Thank you for visiting Blue Serenity's website. I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Melissa Grubbs and I am the owner of Blue Serenity Holistic Therapy. I am a licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master, within Sacramento County, Ca. I am a graduate of the Certified Massage Therapist program and the Certified Deep Tissue Practitioner program at the Fair Oaks Massage Institute located in Fair Oaks, Ca. I am currently enrolled in their Holistic Health Practitioner program. I expect to graduate as a HHP in 2009. I plan to become a Reiki Master/Teacher by June of 2008.

I have also been trained in Soft Tissue Release. Please select "What is STR?" from the drop down menu under "Services" to learn more about Soft Tissue Release and the benefits of using it.

As a Reiki Master, I am an excellent conduit for healing energy, which helps to provide a truly holistic experience for my clients. Not only will you receive the many benefits of massage therapy, you also receive "life force energy" to nurture your body, mind and spirit. Reiki allows me to be in tune with my clients and I am able to tailor each session to exactly what they need.

I believe that a balanced life is key to finding content and joy in everything you do. Our bodies must be cared for and listened to. No one knows better than you what you're body feels, needs and wants. My job is to listen to you and provide any service that I am able to to bring you into balance with your body, mind and soul.
